Open2Next is a signal-driven job-matching platform. Candidates share structured signal about what they're looking for; recruiters post roles. We match the two based on that signal, and identities stay anonymous until both sides mutually agree to connect.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Open2Next. Open2Next is built for recruiters actively hiring and the candidates they're matched with — not for sales, business development, or outreach purposes. We screen for this at signup and reserve the right to decline or later suspend any account that doesn't fit.
The core candidate product is free, always. Your identity and resume stay private until you personally choose to reveal them to a specific matched recruiter. You can pass on any match with no consequence, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Recruiter access is subscription-based; pricing is on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access through what you've already paid for.
Job descriptions you post stay private and are never shown to candidates or posted publicly — only the structured signal we extract from them is used for matching. You may not use Open2Next to scrape, resell, or bulk-export candidate data, or to contact candidates outside the platform before a mutual reveal.
Don't impersonate someone else, harass another user, misrepresent your identity or intentions, attempt to circumvent our anonymity or trust & safety systems, or use Open2Next for any purpose other than genuine hiring or job-seeking. Either party can report a match that violates these terms; we review every report and may suspend an account as a result, which immediately blocks that account from new matches, messages, intro requests, and purchases.
You retain ownership of what you submit (your resume, job descriptions, messages). By submitting it, you grant us the license needed to operate the service — matching, storing, and displaying it to the appropriate party under the rules above.
Open2Next helps surface relevant matches, but we don't guarantee any hire, interview, or outcome. The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, including the acceptable-use section above. Suspension is not automatic on a single report — every report is reviewed by a person before any action is taken.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
